However, we do offer refunds in specific, valid situations as described below.


Eligibility for Refunds (Within 48 Hours Only)

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only if you face any of the following issues:

1. Duplicate Orders Placed by Mistake

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

2. Technical Issues During Purchase

If the order did not process correctly or you were charged but did not receive your download link.

3. Corrupted or Missing Files

If the files you received are incomplete, corrupted, or cannot be accessed.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Downloading issues caused by poor internet connection

  • Inability to use the files due to device limitations

  • “Accidental purchase” without valid proof

  • Already downloaded and used products

  • Requests made after 48 hours

Once a digital file is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned, which is why refunds are limited to technical or duplicate purchase issues only.

  • 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment source
